Refund/Returns Policy

At PACC Armor, we pride ourselves in providing our customers with a high-quality and well-made product that you won’t want to return. In lieu of a return policy on our bags and carries, we offer a one year limited manufacturer warranty. If you experience any manufacturer defects or failures in this time frame, let us know, send us the defective item, and we’ll happily repair or replace your product.

Our soft goods are constructed with high-quality materials, designed to handle daily use in real-world scenarios. While failures are very infrequent, any issue that results from a defect in manufacturing will be fully covered under this policy.

This warranty covers:

Stitching or structural failure due to manufacturing defect

Hardware or fabric defects unrelated to use or wear

This warranty does not cover:

Fraying, fading, or staining from environmental exposure

Damage from overloading, impact, or improper maintenance

Routine degradation due to heavy field use

Additionally, we offer a five-year limited warranty on our armor products. They are engineered to be a high-quality, protective product. While it’s rare for any defect to occur, this warranty ensures that in the unlikely event of a true manufacturing fault, you’re fully protected.

This warranty covers:

Material failure due to manufacturer defect

Delamination, seam failure, or ballistic integrity issues caused by defective construction

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from field use

Damage due to impact, drops, misuse, or improper storage

Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or moisture

Unauthorized modification or disassembly

If your PACC armor and carrier are damaged in a situation in which you need to protect yourself and/or others, we will replace the carrier and armor at no cost to you. We offer this to show our gratitude in allowing us to help you protect yourself and those you love. To qualify, submit official documentation of the incident and proof of carrier and armor use at the time of the event.

For our clothing options, we do not offer returns; however, if you experience a manufacturer defect within 14 days of the date of purchase, please send us the item, and we will send a shipping label and replace the defective product. If you order a size that is incorrect, we will happily exchange the product for the correct size within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please note that all exchanges must be shipped in a box via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All articles to be exchanged must retain the original tags, be unwashed, and free of stains or excessive wrinkling.
